North End Quarter Masterplan Framework

The Masterplan Framework was developed by URW in partnership with Croydon Council to agree the project’s principles before progressing to detailed design and planning application stages. Following public consultation, the feedback received was used to inform the final version which was endorsed by Croydon Council’s Planning Committee in February 2025.

• Endorsement received from Croydon Council (February 2025): On 27 February 2025, Croydon Council’s planning committee endorsed the revised Masterplan Framework. This endorsement gave support to the strategic approach set out in the Masterplan Framework and identify any areas for further focus as the designs are progressed. • Updated Masterplan Framework (December 2024): we incorporated feedback from local communities and the Council to update the framework.

• Draft Masterplan Framework (November 2024): an initial draft of the Masterplan Framework was presented in November 2024. You can view the draft here.
